We were given the opportunity to work directly with the business development team at H&R Block, with the goal of creating a value-added tool to assist with their customer retention objectives. Through our consumer research, we identified the need of consumers to become better organized and prepared prior to meeting with the H&R Block tax specialist. Our vision was to create a file drawer that could become portable, allowing consumers to organize various tax documents in one place throughout the year, then take that directly to their tax specialist.
Our team designed this organizational file and worked directly with our vendors overseas to construct the final product, and we delivered the new tax file organizer directly to our clients at H&R Block. From research to final product, we were pleased to handle the entire process and create a winning customer retention program!
